XEOMIN TREATMENT FOR FACIAL LINES BEVERLY HILLS

Xeomin, made by the manufacturers of Radiesse, works to correct the muscle contraction caused by squinting or frowning. These lines that occur due to facial movements are referred to as dynamic lines. Over time, as your skin ages and loses some of its elasticity, these repeated contractions can cause persistent frown lines.

Xeomin works by blocking nerve signals to the muscles and preventing them from contracting. Unlike its competitors, Xeomin is a “naked injectable,” meaning that it does not contain any additives. The major benefit of a pure-form injectable is that the human body is less likely to become resistant to Xeomin or to have a reaction to the injection.

Xeomin is injected into the targeted muscles that cause frown lines and only take a few minutes. Discomfort is minimal, making Xeomin an excellent treatment option for facial lines. Patients typically observe visible smoothing as early as 3-4 days after injection, with improvements continuing up until a month after treatment. Xeomin lasts for 3-6 months after treatment and can be repeated at a later date to safely maintain a smooth facial appearance.
